The day opens with introductions from the festival visionary and founding mothers, followed by an opening ceremony and an engaging panel on Black maternal health. After a nourishing plant-based lunch, you'll participate in hands-on workshops exploring ancestral practices like womb massage, belly binding, and Closing of the Bones. The festival concludes with a grounding movement session and a soothing sound bowl experience.
