The Scranton Public Library will hold its 12th annual Swingin’ on Vine block party and fundraiser! Event proceeds will help the library provide books, programs, and services to the community.

Enjoy cookout-style food, desserts, beer, wine, and margaritas. Tickets for raffle baskets donated by many local businesses will be available for purchase.

Live music will be performed by the band Picture Perfect, bringing in Top 40 hits, Big Band, Latin, and classic tunes to get you dancing! Check out Picture Perfect on Facebook or visit their website.

All guests must be 21 years or older to attend this event.

Tickets are $20 in advance; $25 at the door.
