13th Annual SSG Christopher Birdwell Memorial Honker Down

Hero Expeditions is proudly hosting our 13th Annual SSG Christopher Birdwell Memorial Honker Down Reception at the Island Grove Events Center Ballroom in Greeley, Colorado on Friday, January 10th! 


Join us as we honor our 15 participating veterans and pay tribute to SSG Christopher Birdwell, US Army, a Windsor native who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to his country on August 27, 2012 in Kalagush, Afghanistan.

Be sure to come early for Social Hour from 5:15-6:15 PM. Our banquet dinner will get started at 6:30 and features great food from Nordy’s BBQ and Grill, a live auction, guest speakers, countless door prizes and more! You don’t want to miss this event!

Time: Social Hour: 5:15 - 6:15 PM Dinner: 6:30 PM

Location: Island Grove Event Center Ballroom (located on the west side of the building) - 421 N. 15th Avenue in Greeley, CO.

Cost: $65 per ticket, each attendee must purchase a ticket or have a sponsorship allocated seat.

Table: $500 for an 8 seat table. Each attendee over the age of 21 at a sponsored table will receive the 2025 commemorative beer cup featuring free refills!
