2nd Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction

We are proud to announce and excited to invite you to participate in our 2nd Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser! Join us for hor d'oeurves and drinks on October 22, 2015 at Blue Prynt Restaurant and Bar in downtown Sacramento.
Today, more than two billion people lack access to the most basic things, such as clean drinking water, adequate sanitation, reliable passage to local markets and more. Engineers Without Borders (EWB) is engineering change in 47 countries around the world to change this unfortunate reality. EWB is a nonprofit humanitarian organization established to support community-driven development programs worldwide through partnerships that design and implement successful engineering projects.
Our chapter’s current projects include providing access to clean water by installing spring water collection and storage systems in the Kanyamamba and Shisasari communities in Kenya as well as improving the water distribution system of the Tranquila Norte community in Panama. All funds raised from the fundraiser will help support the implementation of these projects.
