2011 Little Miss and Teen Black AZ Pageant
The Miss Black Arizona Pageant and Scholarship Foundation, Inc. was developed to promote cultural awareness and celebration of black women and girls in the state of Arizona. The Miss Black Arizona Scholarship Foundation celebrates scholastic achievement of girls, teens and young women in the state of Arizona. The program is open to contestants ages 3-27 with six divisions and titles granted each year. It is our mission to provide scholastic funds to outstanding young women of color and to celebrate the beauty, talent and intelligence of the black woman and girl.
The Miss Black Arizona Scholarship Foundation Pageants were developed to promote cultural, social, and leadership status, on a state and national level, within the African American Community. It provides a forum for today’s African American woman and girl to express their viewpoints, talents, and accomplishments to audiences.
The Miss Black Arizona Pageant is a community driven organization and is committed to addressing several socioeconomic issues in the African American community. The Pageants celebrate scholastic achievement and believe that education is the key to lifelong success and empowerment. The Miss Black Arizona Pageant promotes education and leadership by providing scholarship opportunities to its winners.
