Evenings on the Town with Dean & Frank: That's Amore
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the Town of Apple Valley will present the perfect date night entertainment – or a fun girl’s night out! – with “Dean & Frank: That’s Amore.” This new act features critically-acclaimed Las Vegas entertainers, Gary Anthony and Tom Stevens. Doors open at 6pm, with the show at 7.
The production pays tribute to the music and legacy of Martin and Sinatra. It will include a variety of the icon’s greatest hits, such as “Volare,” “King of the Road,” “My Way,” “Come Fly with Me” and many more.
Along with performances of Martin and Sinatra’s timeless music, Anthony and Stevens’ show will feature comedy, on-stage pranks and plenty of audience participation. Anthony said it will be tons of fun for all ages.
“While many in our audience were not around during the carefree era of Dean and Frank, they will certainly experience a feeling for what it was like back then and what it still could be like today,” Anthony said.
Anthony has received high praise from fans and critics for his spot-on impersonation of Sinatra. Along with drawing sell-out crowds in Las Vegas showrooms, he also has played to packed houses around the world.
Stevens started out his career as a Dean Martin tribute artist singing in nightclubs on the East Coast. In addition, Stevens headlined the annual Dean Martin Festival in Dean’s hometown of Steubenville, OH. Daughter Deana Martin-Griffeth even said, “I have never seen anyone look and sing more like my Daddy.”
