The 145th MMB Commander, COL Frank P. Faustus Requests the Pleasure of your Company at our 2nd Annual Dining Out Ceremony.

Who: All Soldiers attached to the 145th Multifunctional Medical Battalion and their guests

What: 145th MMB Dining Out Ceremony

Where: Fiddler's Green, Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base, 4745 Yorktown Ave #19, Los Alamitos, CA 90720 (see stripmap)

When: 14 May 2016 at 1700 Hours

Why: To promote esprit de corps and to celebrate our outstanding 145th MMB Soldiers with their spouses and their guests. This is a time to recognize individuals and unit achievements.

E1 to E4 $45                                     E9 & up /03 to 04 $60

E5 to E6 $50                                     05 to 06                  $65

E7 to E8/01 to 02 $55
