2024 (38th) Annual Conservation & Fundraising Banquet
Hey, NWATU 514 members, families, and other anglers and conservationists. Our 2024 (38th) Annual Conservation and Fundraising Banquet is on the books!
Don’t let this event slip up on you, register today and don’t miss out on the Northwest Arkansas TU Chapter 514 2024 Annual Conservation Banquet and Auction on Friday, March 1, 2024. We are returning to the Fayetteville Town Center, Fayetteville, AR. This event is an entertaining evening that enables our chapter to continue support for area Youth education programs, including "Trout in the Classroom" for 7 Northwest Arkansas schools with more waiting to join. Other programs/projects include tailwater clean ups, habitat improvement, recycling tubes for fishing line disposal, and several other events and projects being developed for 2024. Our focus is to improve our Home Water, the Beaver Dam tailwater on the White River. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with 2 cash bars and the silent auction and raffles. Buffet dinner service, catered by Spring Street Grill, begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Live Auction and Raffle drawings. We also have some special people to recognize, so come add your applause. Parking is free in the Town Center garage. All are welcome, so bring your family and friends. There will be a special raffle for youth 16 and under that attend.
Entrees for buffet style dinner include Spring St Grill’s famous prime rib, OR if requested baked cod or veggie lasagna will be available. Sides include tossed salad, a variety of vegetables, rolls & butter, a variety of desserts and coffee/tea.
Registration prices, including dinner are:
Individual Adult - $75
Couple (Spouse or Significant Other) - $125
Youth (16 and under) - $20
Rainbow Trophy Table seating 4 - $400, includes takeaway Swag!
Brown Trophy Table seating 8 - $700, includes Rainbow table takeaway Swag and more!
