NO CHILD . . .

NO CHILD... is written by Nilaja Sun and based on her experience as a teaching artist in some of the worst schools in New York.  Sun is the protagonist in this story set in the fictional Malcolm X High School, the worst school in NYC.  She introduces the student body to a play based in Australia and set in 1788, with the idea that they might see themselves and the education system they are apart of reflected in the work and as a result, see how they might make change. The play is directed by Terry Cullers.
