Autism Friendly Alice in Wonderland
ONLINE TICKET SALES WILL BE SUSPENDED FRIDAY JUNE 9TH AT 12PM AS WE MOVE OVER TO THE THEATER. TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE DOOR AT THE THEATER UP TO ONE HOUR BEFORE EACH PERFORMANCE.
Academy of Ballet Arts is proud to announce our Autism-Friendly performance of Alice in Wonderland. This will be a special performance where children and adults on the autism spectrum and their families, as well as other families with special needs or even families with young children that may appreciate the welcoming and supportive environment, can come enjoy our beautiful production. Slight adjustments will be made to the production including fewer loud noises and flashing lights. Audience members will also be allowed to get up out of their seats as needed, move around, and cheer or make noise whenever they see fit.
The lobby of the theater will serve as a "Quiet Area" where audience members can go if they need a break. Volunteers will be available to assist families as needed.
