What:
Motorcycle Run - Starting at Helen Hazen Park in Painesville, OH (at the bottom of the rt 86 hill just south of Rt 84) at 09:00. The bikes will leave at 1030am sharp. Tickets are $12 for the run, and this includes the pig roast.
Pig Roast: The pig roast is going to be hosted at the Colebrook Community Center (Formerly the Colebrook Elementary School) located at the corner of Rt 46 and Rt 322 in Colebrook, OH. The address for GPS is 682 US 322 Orwell, OH 44024 (do not get confused by the city,it is actually in Colebrook). Tickets are $12 each
When: October 7, 2017
Why: To raise money to host a Christmas Party at the VA Hospital for all of our hospitalized Veterans and to purchase stockings.
Operation: S.T.A.T. (Standing Tall for American Troops) and OpStat Riders are hosting their 1st annual Motorcycle Run and Pig Roast to benefit hospitalized Veterans from the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center. The motorcycle run will be a 100+ mile run through some of Ashtabula's old country back roads (No dirt roads) and through some of the covered bridges. During the run, we will meet up with two buses from the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland and provide an escort to the pig roast.
There will be fun and games for everyone! Please come out and enjoy your day with some of the Veterans from the hospital and meet new friends. This is an event for all ages!
