ABOUT "THE OWL-HOOT SCOOT" - The Owlhoot Trail, or Outlaw Trail, are idioms that originated in the American Old West and referred to a frontier outlaw's way of life. At the time, outlaws were often called "owl-hoots." The event will feature some of the best in outlaw-style (country, rock, rock-a-billy, punk, bluegrass, folk - and all that is against the grain) music from around the region. We would like to welcome all owl-hoots, social bandits, river pirates, vigilantes and of course, music and BBQ lovers to join the party. We will be serving up the best grub in town including, BBQ, Ribs, Brisket, Chicken, chili and much more. Also, specialty old-time drinks will be on hand, including cider / ice tea / ginger beer and cider cocktails.
