This March, join the Haymarket Theatre as we proudly stage a new adaptation of the classic tale of greed, betrayal, and love: Robin Hood: A Folk Musical. Robin Longstride, a wealthy self made man and friend of King Richard, is stripped of his land rights and wealth after the dubious Prince John decrees that only nobility is allowed to have such wealth.  With King Richard away fighting in the crusades, Robin dons the alter ego of Robin Hood to fight the injustice spreading across the land. All the classic characters return such as Little John, Friar Tuck, and Maid Marian. Full of wonderful songs, exciting sword fights, and a epic story, the Legend of Robin Hood is fun for the whole family.
