The Black Prosecutors Association of Los Angeles cordially invites you to its 2nd Alfred Jenkins Scholarship Awards Dinner on June 13, 2013 at 6:00 pm at the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel Emerald Room in downtown Los Angeles. Join us honor the man who, for over 35 years, has helped thousands of African American law students pass the California bar.
