Project in Motion Workshops

Nebraska Youth Theatre members and children of the community are invited to participate in a physical exploration of aerial fabric and trapeze.  Instructors will guide students to establish safety, promote awareness, and encourage playfulness.  Please inquire about exceptions for age and ability.?

Adult Aerial Workshop

Appropriate for beginners, experienced movers, and performing professionals alike, this session will provide a rigorous engagement with the aerial apparatus.  Participants will work according to skill level, acquiring new knowledge of strength, endurance, line, and artistry.

Wednesday, July 3, 7-9 PM

Introduction to Aerial Arts:  A Lecture-Demonstration

Geared towards dancers, gymnasts, athletes, and physical actors who have an avid interest in aerial dance and theatre, this session will cultivate a strong understanding of aerial performance.  Uniquely, this final installment in the workshop series is open to active observers, and may serve as an Apprentice audition for Project in Motion.
