Experience the transcendent music of singers ushering souls into the next world. This concert features the famous Requiem by Domenico Cimarosa, Court Composer for Catherine the Great.

Cimarosa, a contemporary of Mozart, was brought in to the court of Catherine the Great and composed this Requiem shortly after his arrival in St. Petersburg. Written just a couple of years before Mozart’s famous Requiem, this work is both tuneful and masterful, a delight to the ears.
