Grand Opening of the new Orange County NY Veterans Center
30 Lawrence Avenue, New Windsor, New York 12553-6511.
Event is a fundraiser to benefit local veterans. The event is sponsored by the Chosin Few Leathernecks MC. The club is a registered Non-Profit 501(c)3 Organization. The motorcycle club provides support to local veterans and their families.
The Chosin Few Leathernecks MC has recently acquired the vacant former Disabled American Veterans facility. Over the past year during the pandemic, the club made significant improvements to the facility and has afforded a number of local community and veteran groups to utilize the facility for their special events.
This Grand Opening event will have bands, food (BBQ, hot dogs, hamburgers), refreshments (soft drinks, water, beer, mixed drinks), vendors (crafts, massage, specialty), raffles and 50/50 opportunities, games and other activities for all to enjoy. It is open to all, just a small $20.00 donation at the door to help offset the event costs. It will start at noon and continue into the night to 10pm outside, and then inside the hall until midnight.
