Country Grass, Bluegrass, $15 Cover

   In 2024 Country Grass became its own band by separating from The traditional sound of Carolina Road. They are booked at several well known festivals and event centers. Country Grass also appears with Larry Cordle backing him up on several of his well know hits such as, "Murder on Music Row" and "Hwy 40 Blues". On special select shows, Duncan Stitt joins the Country Grass band on dobro. Present members of the Country Grass Show are Lorraine Jordan on bass and lead/harmony vocals, Allen Dyer on rhythm guitar and lead/harmony vocals, Kent Dixon on mandolin and lead/harmony vocals, Garrett Newton on banjo and lead vocals, Wayne Morris on lead guitar and harmony vocals, lastly, Matt Hooper on fiddle. 

     Country Grass will be releasing a new project entitled Country Grass II in 2026. Guest artist will include T. Graham Brown,  Eddy Raven, Michael Martin Murphy, TG Shepherd, and a special appearance by their friends, North Carolina's own, The Malpass Brothers. 

 Country Grass is an outstanding show for all audiences, with banjos ringing and fiddles playing to the country classics we have all come to know and love. This is a must see for fans that love Classic country songs with the Bluegrass Sound.
