Craig is one of the most talented and successful musicians in Nashville today and it isn't often he plays in as intimate a venue as Sundance Steakhouse and Saloon. Craig Campbell's wife Mindy Ellis Campbell will be opening for him this time around making for one heck of a night. Mindy is the daughter of Roxie Ellis of Ellis Ranch in Loveland, Colorado. Mindy started her music career in Northern Colorado and she used to perform at Sundance Steakhouse and Saloon as part of Sundance's regular band rotation.
