Sorors, it’s time to bring your vision to life! Join the Sisterhood at the park for an afternoon of customization and connection. We are hosting a dedicated Sneaker Workshop where we will decorate our kicks for the upcoming Sneaker Ball together.

This is the opening meal for the pledges. Prophytes and all guest are welcome to join but is not mandatory.
The stage will feature high-energy performances from ten chapters, showcasing the discipline and dedication that define Delta Psi Rho.

This morning walk serves as a powerful moment of solidarity and wellness as we take strides to honor Talia’s Heart and raise critical awareness for Black Maternal health.
All prophytes who participate in will get a community service credit. Help bring awareness to our cause and show the City of Irving that we are filling the voids!!!

Three workshops designed with our prophytes in mind.
This high-impact session introduces Recruitment Touring, a dynamic new program designed to bridge the gap between our established chapters and our developing locations. The goal is to create a "Sisterhood Takeover" that pulls national attention to our local initiatives and sets the stage for a massive next round of recruitment. During this 90-minute strategy lab, participants will learn how to identify high-traffic events specifically catering to Black women within target cities—such as festivals, professional conferences, and community empowerment summits. You will walk away with a concrete blueprint on how to plan these "Activation Trips," including the logistics of sending a traveling delegation to support smaller chapters, the art of "scouting" potential interests in new markets, and the specific coordination required to ensure our brand remains visible, vibrant, and inviting.
Moving from "Neo" status to the role of a Prophyte is one of the most significant transitions in your journey within the organization. This workshop is designed to strip away the surface-level expectations and dive deep into the true mantle of leadership. We will explore the "Prophyte Blueprint"—a set of standards that governs how we mentor those coming behind us while maintaining our own personal and professional excellence. This session serves as a guided discussion on the shift in responsibility, the evolution of your influence within your chapter, and the high-level grace required to represent the organization at the national level. It is a space for empowerment, reflection, and setting a new personal standard for what your legacy as a Prophyte will look like.
We heard you! More of you want the opportunity to leave your mark!It is time to put our creativity, precision, and collective rhythm to the ultimate test! The Stroll Challenge is a high-energy, collaborative workshop where Sorors from any chapter come together to innovate. Instead of practicing existing routines, you will be placed into diverse squads with a singular mission: to choreograph the next iconic National Stroll in just 90 minutes. This session is about more than just footwork; it is about collaboration under pressure and blending the unique styles of different chapters into one cohesive movement. Once the choreography is finalized, each group will prepare to debut their creation on the big stage at the Gala. We will then vote, and the winning group’s routine will be crowned as the new Official National Stroll. Bring your sneakers, your energy, and and your best ideas.
