• Pork roast, grilled chicken breast, buttermilk smashed potatoes, baked macaroni & cheese, homestyle brown sugar baked beans, country-style green beans with bacon & onions, roasted poblano corn pudding, freshly baked sweet yeast rolls, and cheddar cornbread. All buffets also include a green salad with assorted dressings, regular and decaf coffee, iced tea, and the chef’s choice of dessert.
