Everyone has the right to participate without fear of discrimination, intimidation, or harassment of any kind. Violations of this policy will be addressed immediately and may result in removal from the event and permanent banning from future events.

Consent is required at all times. Before touching, initiating contact outside of signing hours, taking photographs, or engaging in any form of physical interaction, you must ask for and receive clear permission. A “no” does not require explanation and must be respected. Boundaries will always be upheld at Feel The Heat Book Bash.

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: unwanted touching, groping, lewd or inappropriate comments, requests for explicit reenactments, slurs, offensive jokes, intimidation, unauthorized photography, stalking, aggressive behavior, unwanted contact, or sexual advances of any kind.

Feel The Heat Book Bash maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Any individual found in violation of this policy will be removed from the event immediately and banned from attending any future events.
