The health and safety of our guests are our highest priority. Please know that the safest way for you to attend Keeneland Bluegrass International Cup and Evening in the Gardens is to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the event date. The events are outdoors, but if you are not vaccinated we highly recommend wearing a mask and we encourage you to test for COVID-19 48 hours prior to the event. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided. Protocols are subject to change.
Evening in the Gardens and the Bluegrass International Cup are rain or shine events. Due to the nature and cost of these large-scale fundraiser events, which benefit two local non-profits, ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the case that the event must be canceled for reasons outside of the control of the beneficiary organizations. Ticket purchases may, however, be transferred to another designated attendee upon written notice to the Fayette Alliance Foundation. In the case that no transfer is possible, the ticket purchaser may request that the full cost of the ticket become a charitable contribution for tax purposes (upon attending, only a partial amount of the event ticket is typically tax-deductible) upon providing a request in writing to the Fayette Alliance Foundation prior to the event. As always, please consult with your tax advisor for additional details relating to charitable contributions. We sincerely appreciate your support of the Fayette Alliance Foundation and the UK Markey Cancer Center Foundation.
