Hot Chicken Biscuit (courtesy of BuzzCatz Coffee & Sweets) with Golden
Eagle Syrup Butter and Housemade Sweet Pickles. Paired with Rod’s Reel Cream
Ale.
Chicken
Confit in Duck Fat served over White Beans and Ham with Housemade Cornbread. Paired
Dixie’s Heart Irish Red Ale.
Southern
Tempura Fried Conecuh Sausage served over a Smoked Pork Belly Potato Hash.
Paired with Small Town Brown Ale.
Collard
Green Boudin served over a Sweet Potato Pancake topped with Duck Fat Hollandaise
and Micro Greens. Paired with Hundred Daze IPA.
