Non-Actor Tables can accommodate up to 10 guests. Actor Tables can accommodate up to 9 guests. VIP Table 5 - Dine With Holmes & Watson can accommodate up to 8 guests. Please be sure to check your basket before completing the check-out process to ensure you have the proper number of reservations you need.

 

An Actor Table is a table that has an Actor in the show sitting at that Table. If you choose to be at an Actor Table, you will have the distinct pleasure of the company of one of the show actors for practically the entire evening. A Non-Actor Table does NOT have an Actor sitting at that Table, and the ticket price is reduced to reflect this. All of our actors will visit all tables over the course of the show but will sit down to eat alongside guests at an Actor Table. You may not see any Non-Actor Tables available due to a few reasons, the most common being that there are the same number of actors in the show as there are tables in the room, thus making every table an Actor Table. For those shows that have fewer actors than tables, we open up Non-Actor Tables.

 

Paid reservations CANNOT be reassigned to other tables, and the total number of tables offered is predetermined based upon available space and show costs. Also, due to the available space and capacity of the room and the tables, we are unable to move empty seats from one table to another. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, we encourage fostering a competitive spirit with your friends and family by splitting your group among different tables, thus becoming separate teams trying to solve the mystery for bragging rights, or to increase the chances of someone in your group being on a team that solves the mystery!

 

There are no refunds or exchanges for non-attendance. No exceptions. You may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member, however. Contact the event coordinator at LiveActionFunFactory@gmail.com to update your reservation.

 

Should the event be cancelled due to major circumstances beyond our control, you will be contacted by the event coordinator who will discuss your options at that time.
