Marcher's Elite Summer Band Camp

Marcher’s Elite Summer Band Camp is a camp that serves the needs of all students in metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. The Mission of Marcher’s Elite Summer Band Camp is to provide students with an opportunity to enjoy learning from prominent instrumental music educators, making music with musicians from around the Atlanta area, and working with the outstanding summer camp faculty. Our desire is to see students grow as musicians, leaders, and individuals to further enrich their lives. 

The five day camp will be held on the historic campus of South Gwinnett High School. Throughout the week campers will have the opportunity to enhance their skills in the areas of musicianship, bandsmenship, leadership, and comradery. Aimed at 7^th-12^th  grade students, this camp will focus on every aspect of the “traditional” marching band style. Wind players will get superior instruction from certified and accomplished music educators. Auxiliary members will be able to learn intricate flag and dance routines. Percussionists will also get an opportunity to work with top level percussion instructors in master classes, small and large group ensembles. The week will conclude Friday June 25^th with a showcase of skills in the Richard Snell Stadium on South Gwinnett’s campus.
