A Theatrical Music Journey for Your Valentines

Maestro Maxman and his special guests will guide you through 1920s Charleston, South Carolina in Gershwin‘s masterpiece PORGY AND BESS, to the gritty streets of New York’s Upper West Side in Leonard Bernstein‘s ode to star-crossed lovers in WEST SIDE STORY.

Next stop, the magical Orient as we are swept into the spellbinding legend of THE BUTTERFLY LOVER'S VIOLIN CONCERTO of Zhanhao and Gang's much beloved Chinese fable.

At last, will meet two of the most enigmatic and famous leading ladies of music in Puccini's MADAME BUTTERFLY and Bizet's CARMEN as our romantic sojourn makes its way around the world.
