This performance will take place in the open-air pavilion + biergartens of Wibby Brewing on Kentucky Derby Day!
Shows are socially and responsibly distanced with a limited number of first come, first served tickets available. Only full parties will be sat (in order of arrival) and no tables can be held.
FEEDING THE HUNGRY: Our shows are ALWAYS FOOD DRIVE Events! Please bring two non-perishable food items per person for entry.
START TIME: The seasons are changing! SHOW WILL START AT (or shortly after) 6PM.
SPACE: Everyone is in a different place with this pandemic. Be respectful. Be kind. We want you all to feel safe. If you feel you do not have enough space, come talk to staff and security personally and we will find you more space.
DANCING: will be allowed at your seat! However, all guests must respect their neighbors personal space and give each other 6' while doing so. Always remain within arms-length of your table. You must be able to touch it. Wandering or congregating in front of the stage is not allowed. No exceptions. Warning to the squirrels, you may be required to take a seat in your assigned space altogether.
SEATING/SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please come early. Only complete parties will be sat and we can no longer "hold tables". The current maximum threshold of 10 per table will be strictly enforced. We will always do our best to accommodate special requests. Please come early to aid in this effort.
*Pro-tip* do your best to pod up with family and close friends for seating at the large format biergarten tables. If tickets are purchased individually/separately but you are COMING WITH A GROUP OF 10 OR MORE, we can seat your party together and/or with adjacency/proximity to one another while complying with all Covid-19 related rules/regs. In order for this to occur, a corresponding RESERVATION made directly with Wibby Brewing is REQUIRED.
Please email reservations @ wibbybrewing.com with all questions along with any requests so that we may do our best to accommodate you on this very special afternoon. Per-covid guidelines, we may not exceed the maximum 10 person/per table threshold. Larger parties with adjacent tables must agree to maintain 6' distance and avoid table-hopping. Groups in excess of 10 at a single table will not be tolerated.
