PhotoDiversity™ Films's Anime Cruise offers an intimate anime convention experience at sea!
For three hours, attendees enjoy a safe space to share their love of anime together. A cosplay fashion show, anime music, artist tables, shop tables, food, drinks, and a stunning perspective of life from the San Francisco Bay are just some of the amenities guests have in store.
Plus, get ready for a sneak peak at the upcoming PhotoDiversity Films's Inhumanities anime project, The Afterlife of Whales! This series tells the story of Aiyia Okijima, an Ainu-Japanese cetologist, and her quest to support her family by traveling the world with partner Tilly Lilly, learning all she can about the worlds of whales and dolphins. A portion of the proceeds from The Afterlife of Whales, and tonight's event, will go towards funding cetacean science in Japan and the US while combatting anti-Asian hate, through the 501 c(3) The Zoological Lighting Institute.
Participants can join the fun in three ways. General Admission gets you onboard, with full access to two decks of fun and entertainment. Premier Admission offers an open bar, as well as participation in autograph sessions. As an ultra-premier ticket, an Anime Gourmand's Table Ticket (available in packs of ten or through sponsorship) brings not only a special anime quality dinner, but also participation in the panel session: 'Anime and the True Loves of Life', featuring celebrity discussion of the role of anime in fostering a more inclusive and engaging life.
