Pooh Haut-Nkam Atlanta Fundraising Gala

Dear Friend, On December 31st, 2019 Pooh Haut-Nkam Georgia a 501C3 registered Association will be hosting a fundraising gala to provide medical supplies for the Bapouh medical district. The Bapouh district Hospital is situated in a rural area of the division of Bana in Cameroon. This hospital serves approximately 5000 peoples and is currently in need of basic medical suppliers: beds, gloves, soap, antibiotics, running water just to mention the least. The hospital is lacking the basics to even provide first aid service to patient. Babies are born in this hospital. Yet there is no delivery table, and even bed sheets. The hospital is understaffed with only two nurses working full time. The nurses reach out to us in a desperate move for help to better serve their patients. With this fundraising, our priority is to equip the delivery room, furnished the 4 existing patients’ rooms with bed and bed sheet and help equip the pharmacy with first aid tool kits.  The Pooh Haut-Nkam Cultural Association Georgia can only help this community with the assistance of generous donations from members of our community. Without these donations, serving those in need would not be possible. In this time of the year, let’s not forget those who are less fortunate. Your donation will help bring hope and comfort to the population of this small village.
