Powerlifting America Sanctioned 2024-NV-07

VENUE: Reno-Sparks Convention Center
       4590 South Virginia Street
       Reno, NV 89502

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Open to ALL lifters. NO qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition.
Registration closes September 6th

AWARDS:  Awards will be given to lifters that place 1st –3rd place in Open Divisions, Equipped and age groups with 3 or more lifters, in a division or age group with less than 3 lifters IPF GL Points will be used. A “best lifter” award will be given to male and female Open RAW divisions from both Session I & Session II.

SIGNATURE SANCTION: The top 8 male and Top 8 Female lifters entered according to IPF GL points will be invited to compete in the signature sanction.  Placings will be 1st through 3rd using IPF GL points. Men and Women 1st place will receive a check for $500, 2nd Place a check for $250, and 3rd place a check for $150.  The Signature Sanction will be Session II

WEIGHT CLASSES: The standard IPF weight classes will be used.

You must attend the Check-in to receive your entry band into the Legions Sports Fest.
If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, please email events@american-iron.com for an alternate check-in time  

Coach Pass must be pre-purchased with entry.  Coach pass includes entry into Legion sport fest with early entry at the athlete's entrance, and access to athlete restricted areas.

START TIMES:(NO SAME-DAY CHECK-IN) 
Saturday Session-I Weigh-ins begin at 7 am
Lifting begins at 9 am
Saturday Session-II Weigh-ins begin at 1:00 pm
Lifting begins at 3:00 pm.
