Swingin' on Vine

The Scranton Public Library invites you to join us for our highly anticipated 15th annual Swingin' on Vine block party on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 5 PM to 8 PM.

As our largest fundraiser, this event plays a vital role in supporting the library's mission to provide essential books, programs, and services.

Enjoy delicious cookout-style food, desserts, beer, wine, and margaritas, and don't miss the chance to purchase raffle tickets for unique baskets generously donated by local businesses and community members!

Get ready to dance the night away with live music from the talented band Picture Perfect, featuring a dynamic blend of Top 40 hits, Big Band classics, Latin rhythms, and more!

All guests must be 21 years or older to attend this event.

Tickets are just $20 if you purchase in advance, or $25 at the door—an investment in our library's future.
