Veterans at Rathbun is bringing 8 Disabled Combat Veterans from
all over to Iowa for an all inclusive 6 day guided whitetail archery hunt!
Help us welcome them on Veterans Day at our first ever fundraising banquet! Hosted at
beautiful Emerald Hills Events in Promise City Iowa, our event is sure
to be a great time. We will have a great meal, Live Music, Live and
Silent Auctions and a cash bar.
Doors open at 5pm for a happy hour
Dinner Served 630pm
Auction starts immediately following dinner
We are raising money for Veterans
at Rathbun, a 501c3 Non Profit Organization promoting the healing of
veterans through the outdoors and promoting awareness of
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and suicide as it relates to veterans.
Accomplished by hosting various outdoor activities for veterans around
the Rathbun Lake area, including guided hunting and fishing events. Through
this, veterans will be challenged mentally and physically, leaving
them to feel empowered, encouraged, and with a higher sense of self-worth.
These activities will also give veterans the opportunity to bond with like-minded
individuals to build lasting camaraderie and relationships.
