Summer Intensive Dance Workshop

Join us for our Summer Intensive Dance Workshop on Saturday and Sunday, August 18 and 19, 2018 with our amazing in-house staff and guest teachers; including Appolonia Leake, Miranda Maleski, Ramita Ravi, Jackie Pipkins, Christine Marquis, and more!  Our line-up includes intermediate and advanced classes in  Contemporary, Indian Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop, Gymnastics/Acro, Leaps and Turns, and Legs and Feet!  Suggested age is 5 and up.  Dancers will embark on a 2-day intensive dance training program with an emphasis on technique and combinations, while enjoying a fun, upbeat atmosphere affording students the opportunity to learn new skills and improve their general dance abilities.   Private lessons from each instructor will be available before and after class upon request, as well as choreography scheduled in advance only.  An awards presentation will be held at the end of the workshop with honorary certificates and scholarships to selected dancers.  A detailed schedule will be emailed to all participants on or before August 15th. Current times are Saturday 11:00-3:00 and Sunday 12:00-4:00, closing ceremony at 4:00 p.m. Sunday.  Pricing for dancers is $159 both days, $139 for current students.  A one day pass is $85 or $75 current students.  Private rates vary per instructor and will be provided upon request.  To schedule a private and/or choreography session, please email us at Info@AldcPgh.com.  Space is limited and dancers will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Purchasing your ticket on-line will ensure your spot is held.  Walk-ins will only be accepted if space permits.  We cannot guarantee entry if tickets are not purchased in advance.  Let's get ready to have a fun-filled weekend of dancing, learning, making new friends, and creating great memories!  (If you are not sure of level placement, we will place your dancer in the appropriate classes.)
