This Mini Bridal Market will be held on Sunday, March 16th, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at The Bush Convention Center in Midland, TX.

VIP Tickets (includes 1 drink ticket): $25 in advance / $30 at the door  

General Admission: $15 in advance / $20 at the door

Grand Prize Details:

  • Bartending Package from On The Whiskey Wagon & Med Spa Package from Timeless Aesthetics Med Spa
  • Note: The prizes must be claimed separately through its respective vendor, On The Whiskey Wagon and Timeless Asethetics Med Spa.

How to Enter:

  1. Find Your Vendor Booth Card at the check-in table: Visit participating booths at the Mini Bridal Market to collect stickers on your Vendor Booth Card.

  2. Complete the Card: You must get a sticker from each booth on your Vendor Booth Card. Each participating vendor will provide a sticker upon your visit.

  3. Turn In Your Completed Card: Once your card is fully completed with all required stickers, turn it in by 5:00 PM at the check-in table.

    • Vendor Booth Card must be fully completed in order to be eligible for the giveaway.
    • Cards that are not turned in by 5:00 PM will not be eligible.

Prize Draw & Winner Notification:

  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at 6:00 PM on March 16th.

  • How the Winner Will Be Notified: The winner will be contacted via one of the following methods:

    • Email
    • Phone Call
    • Text Message
    • Social Media (via direct message)

    Make sure to check your inbox and your phone in case you are the lucky winner!

Prize Redemption:

  • Bartending Package: The bartending package from On The Whiskey Wagon must be claimed separately by contacting On The Whiskey Wagon to coordinate the details of the package.
  • Med Spa Package: The med spa package from Timeless Aesthetics Med Spa must be claimed separately by contacting Timeless Aesthetics Med Spa to coordinate the details of the package.

Contest Rules:

  1. Eligibility: The contest is open to brides attending the WTX Mini Bridal Market event. Participants must be 18 years or older.
  2. Registration: No purchase necessary to enter. A completed Vendor Booth Card is required for entry.
  3. Card Completion: To qualify for the giveaway, all required stickers from participating vendors must be collected on your Vendor Booth Card.
  4. Timing: The completed Vendor Booth Card must be submitted by 5:00 PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
  5. Prize Conditions: The prize must be claimed separately through its respective vendor, On The Whiskey Wagon & Timesless Aesthetics Med Spa.
  6. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted no later than 6:00 PM on March 16th. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
  7. Publicity: By entering the contest, the winner agrees to allow On The Whiskey Wagon & Timeless Aesthetics Med Spa to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.
  8. General Terms: This contest is void where prohibited by law. Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.
BRIDE CAKE DIVE CONTEST RULES:

Join us for the fun and excitement of the Cake Dive Contest, brought to you by Love at First Bite! One lucky bride will win a delicious cake package from Love at First Bite. Here's everything you need to know:

Registration:
  • Registration Begins: 1:00pm
  • Registration Ends: 4:15pm
  • How to Register: Brides can register for the contest at the Love at First Bite booth.
  • Participants: Only 3 brides will be selected at random to participate in the contest.
Cake Dive Start Time:
  • The Cake Dive will start at 4:30pm and will take place in front of the main stage.
How the Contest Works:
  1. Participants: 3 brides will be selected at random from the registration list to participate in the contest.
  2. The Dive: Each bride will be tasked with diving into a cake to find a hidden ring inside! (Cake will be safe to dive into and designed for this fun activity.)
  3. The Goal: The contest ends when one of the participants finds the ring inside the cake.
  4. Winner: The first bride to find the ring will be crowned the Cake Dive Champion and will win a cake package from Love at First Bite.
Contest Rules:
  1. Only 3 brides will be selected to participate in the contest, and you must be registered before the end of the registration period to qualify.
  2. The Cake Dive will take place in a designated area, and all participants must adhere to the event's safety guidelines.
  3. Participants must dive into the cake with their hands (no tools or utensils allowed), and the contest ends as soon as a participant locates the hidden ring.
  4. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents.
  5. The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest due to unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Contest is open to brides only. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Prize:
  • The winner will receive a cake package from Love at First Bite, which may include [details of the package, such as a custom wedding cake, cake tastings, etc.].
  • The winner must claim the prize by 1/1/2027 and arrange for delivery/collection of the cake package with Love at First Bite.
GROOMS BOUQUET BUCKET TOSS CONTEST RULES:

Step up and test your tossing skills at the Bouquet Bucket Toss Contest, brought to you by Heavenly Sola Designs | Wood Florist! Grooms will compete to see who can toss the most bouquets into the bucket, with a fantastic floral package as the prize. Here’s everything you need to know:

Registration:
  • Registration Begins: 1:00pm
  • Registration Ends: 3:45pm
  • How to Register: Grooms can register for the contest at the Heavenly Sola Designs | Wood Florist booth.
  • Participants: 5 grooms will be selected to participate in the contest.
Bouquet Toss Start Time:
  • The Bouquet Bucket Toss will begin at 4:00pm, right after registration closes. Contestants should be ready by this time to participate. Participants not ready at this time will forfeit their turn and another contestant will be selected.
How the Contest Works:
  1. Participants: 5 grooms will compete in the Bouquet Bucket Toss.
  2. The Toss: Each groom will have 5 chances to toss a bouquet into a large bucket positioned at a set distance.
  3. The Goal: The contest ends when all 5 grooms have completed their tosses. The groom who successfully tosses the most bouquets into the bucket will be declared the winner.
  4. The Winner: The groom who lands the most bouquets in the bucket out of 5 attempts will win a $300 floral package from Heavenly Sola Designs | Wood Florist.
Contest Rules:
  1. Registration: Grooms must register by the designated registration deadline in order to participate.
  2. Tossing Rules: Each groom gets 5 chances to toss a bouquet into the bucket. Bouquets must be tossed by hand; no other methods (such as bouncing or rolling the bouquets) will count.
  3. Winning Criteria: The winner is the groom who successfully lands the most bouquets in the bucket. If there is a tie, a sudden-death round may be held where each groom gets 1 toss to determine the winner.
  4. Safety and Fair Play: All participants must abide by event safety guidelines. Contestants are expected to follow the directions of event staff for a fun and fair experience.
  5. No Substitutions: The prize cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or other products.
  6. Contest is open to grooms only. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Prize:
  • The winner will receive a $300 floral package from Heavenly Sola Designs | Wood Florist.
  • The winner must claim the prize at the event or arrange for prize pickup/delivery by 2027 with Heavenly Sola Designs | Wood Florist.
