Rules and Conditions Apply Event Fundraiser

One (1) Grand Prize: 7 Day Caribbean Cruise.

The affidavit of Release below will apply. Travel may occur before or after February 20, 2015 but you have to give us 30 day advances notice so arrangements can be made no exceptions to the rule.  The Cruise will be an inside cabin and has to be booked by February of 2015 or will be null and void.  Travel can occur after February 20, 2015 but booking must be secured. Available Destinations will depend upon dates chosen. Cruise is for double occupancy.  All taxes and fees will be at the discretion of the winner.  Winner is responsible for all taxes, port fees (Cape Canaveral, Tampa, FL, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami) and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the above prize will be your responsibility.  We are only held responsible for delivery of prize and will not pay any additional fees associated with 7 day Cruise.  Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes on all aspects of their prize. Winner must be 18 years or older and must have a valid passport for travel.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on August 3, 2014, and you need not be present to win from among eligible Entries recieved from the Promotion Period. Administrator will attempt to notify potential winner by telephone, written correspondence and /or email.

If a potential winner responds in the specified time of the Administrator's first attempt to contact him/her, thr Administrator will orally request information from the potential winner to confirm preliminary eligibility. If potential winner is deemed potentially eligible  based on the preliminary questions , Administrator will send an affidavit of Eligibility  and Liability and , unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release form ("Affidavit/Release") to the potential winner by email or facsimile. The potential winner must execute and return the Affidavit/Release to Administator by email or fax within five (5) days from them delivery of Administrators's email, address or facsimile to be eligible to claim the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contactedwithin the specified time after the first attempto contact him/her, if he/she fails to execute and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period , or if he/she is otherwise ineligble to receive the prize, that prize will be forfeited and given to an alternate winner. In that event, Administator will attempt to contact and obtain the require Affidavit/Release from that potential winner. WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF A PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT ELIGIBILITY VERIFACATION IS COMPLETE.

ONE SECOND PRIZE: 6 NIGHT 7 DAY VACATION (LODGING ONLY)

The affidavit of Release above will apply. Vacation (LODGING ONLY) must be booked by February 20, 2015 or will be null and void.  All taxes and fees will be at the discretion of the winner. And the Resort will be at our discretion.  Please notify the committee within 30 days before your departure so arrangements can be made.  Travel can occur after February 20, 2015 but 30 days advance notice for booking must be made in advance.  Vacation is up to four occupancy, no exceptions.  Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, all food, all events and activities, and travel accomodations.  Trip cannot be redeemed for cash nor can it be name transferrable. 

ONE THIRD PRIZE: 60 INCH TV.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the specified time after the first attempt to contact him/her, if he/she fails to execute and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or if he/she is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner.  In that event, Administrator will attempt to contact and obtain the required Affidavit/Release from that potential winner.
