Kim Lumley, is a resident of Lakeway, TX, and a single mother of two children ages 5 and 14. Kim is currently undergoing intense medical treatment for Late Stage Chronic Lyme Disease that is expected to last 3- 5 years. In addition, Kim is in the midst of a bitter divorce and custody battle, she was just forced to resign from her beloved teaching position of 13 years because she has exhausted all medical leave, and she is required to pay for Cobra medical insurance which is refusing to cover the infusion treatments that are necessary to save her life. She has been denied Social Security Disability and her insurance company has withheld their decision to exclude infusion treatment from her coverage.
