NEW PRE-PAY POLICY: (best way to stamp your stop)

Everyone who pre-pays by Sunday, Nov 2nd is playing in the tournament. Anyone who intends on playing and pays after that date is an official 'reserve'. Once 4 reserves pay you will be officially in. Cut off is Wednesday Nov 5th for late payment. Just helps know who is really coming and prevents me from scrounging to fill spots. Thanks for going along with it all its been making these tournaments easier on me and relieves me from stressing on some slack fools.
