Fishtail revolves around the life of two cowboys living on a 2,000-acre ranch in Montana. The property is a fully functioning cattle ranch where Western American art specialist ‘Tylee’ Abbott spent his youth.The film takes place during calving season, the month when the cows on the ranch give birth, mirroring the life-cycle of the cattle with that of the modern cowboys and their families.
