- 11:00 Serving begins (people's choice)
- 11:00 Shrimp turn-in
- 11:00 – 2:00 People’s Choice and Brew voting
- 11:30 Chicken turn-in
- 12:00 Ribs turn-in
- 12:30 Butt turn-in
- 1:30 Brisket turn-in
- 3:00 Awards (band stage)
All entries judged using blind turn-in method. Teamswill receive a turn-in box for each category atmorning cook’s meeting, for every category entered.
