A Zombie Love Story

A local professor of chemistry developed a drug in his lab which had unintended results.  As a honeymoon gift to themselves, the professor and his wife tried the prototype "feel good" drug too soon, and to make a long story short, now we have a zombie locked in a lab that we are obligated to keep fed!  But zombies only feed on live human flesh!  

Don't fret.   If you figure out the clues we've left to escape before the zombie gets to you, you won't become zombie fodder.  But after sixty minutes is up, you will have made the ultimate sacrifice by feeding our specimen for the night.  We thank you in advance either way!
