The Sonia Shankman Orthogenic School is a residential and day school program that specializes in treatment of young people with severe emotional challenges. Providing a secure environment, an outstanding, quality education from a staff of highly trained professionals, the Orthogenic School helps students lead successful and productive lives. The school provides the highest quality intensive therapeutic milieu for all the students who enter through its yellow door, and remains committed to "providing a safe haven and a path to hope."
