The Bozeman Ice Festival® presented by Black Diamond is proud to present:
The legendary Sunday Wrap Party. Come join new and old friends, local legends, guides and athletes from around the world to celebrate and wrap the 19th Annual Bozeman Ice Festival presented by Black Diamond. Limited to 250 persons, this intimate, fun-filled evening is a chance to eat, drink, laugh, be inspired and plan the next great climbing trip.
Featuring a gourmet catered dinner, local micro-brews and wine followed by a special presentation by Matthias Scherer and Tanja Schmitt from Cogne, Italy. Two of the most active ice climbers in the world today, Matthias and Tanja will share their relentless pursuit of the hardest, best and most beautiful ice climbs in Europe, Norway and Canada.
Capping the evening will be a special presentation of the 8th Annual Guy Lacelle Hyalite Service Award by 2014 recipient Kris Erickson. Returning to Hyalite from his "other home" in Morocco, Kris will share what peaks he climbed over the past year with the special "Golden Ice Axe" named in honor of our friend, partner and mentor Guy Lacelle. Who will be the deserving 2015 recipient?
