FIDDLER ON THE ROOF tells the story of Tevye, a Jewish milkman in the early 1900's, his life in the small Russian village of Anatevka with his five daughters and wife, Golde. Tevye is a man of "TRADITION," bound by his Jewish roots, but torn between a new and evolving life as his daughters grow and times change.
"FIDDLER" originated many Broadway memorables, such as "TRADITION," "SUNRISE, SUNSET," "L'CHAIM," and "FAR FROM THE HOME I LOVE." Please join the OLMA drama cast as they bring you to Anatevka and embrace you in their village with smiles, laughs, dancing and tears as they tell the story of the jovial yet pensive Tevye and his family.
Actors are divided into two casts: RED and BLUE. Please make note of the following times:
RED: Friday, April 22, @ 7pm Sunday, April 24, @7pm
BLUE: Saturday, April 23 @7pm Sunday, April 24 @2pm
