Music at Memorial’s final concert of the 2015-16 season features Artistic Director James Biery at the church's world-class 66-rank Klais pipe organ. The program includes music by Bach (Passacaglia in C minor), Louis Vierne (Clair de Lune and Hymne au Soleil), and the monumental Chorale Fantasia on “How Brightly Shines the Morning Star” by late Romantic German composer Max Reger.
A special bonus is a sparkling Mozart organ duet played by James and his wife Marilyn.
A large closed-circuit television screen is provided so that the audience can see Biery's hands and feet as he plays this remarkable instrument.
