Hello avalanche professionals,

The Friends of the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center are hosting our 8th annual Professional Development Seminar.

When: Wednesday, March 29 from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Where: Bozeman Public Library

Title: Avalanche Science, Avalanche Stories

Speakers:Evelyn Lees (UAC), Jamie Yount (WYDOT), Kevin Hammond (MSU), Tony Lebaron (MSU), Zach Guy (CBAC and FAC), Erich Peitzsch (FAC), Chris Bilbrey (MSU), Diane Saly (MSU), Karl Birkeland (NAC), Alex Marienthal (GNFAC).

Cost: $50 donation to the Friends of the Avalanche Center. Costs are offset be an annual grant from the American Avalanche Association!

Seating is limited to 60.
