The year is 1943; a time of adventure and danger — a time to test the mettle of millions. But not Betsy McGuyver — she works at the New York Museum of Antiquities, cataloging shards of pottery and dreaming of a life of excitement and intrigue. Escaping into elaborate fantasies, she imagines herself a hero of epic proportions, only to wake up back at her desk and her dull, monotonous life. Until the day two suspicious visitors arrive, inquiring about a mysterious, ancient object in the Museum’s collection…  Soon her life is overrun with Nazis, mummies, and a very sick penguin!?
