The Chorale's 29th season opens with musical gems by American composers, including Aaron Copland's In the Beginning, for a cappella chorus and soloist. Renowned mezzo-soprano Robynne Redmon joins the Chorale to perform Copland's masterwork based on the opening verses of Genesis. Samuel Barber's Reincarnations and works by William Billings, the father of American choral music, round out the program.
