ESTHETICS AND FUNCTION WITH MODERN CERAMICS

Esthetics and Function with Modern Ceramics (4 hours)

Course Description - Dr Arias will present in a step-by-step approach how to Diagnose, Treatment Plan and Sequence Esthetic Rehabilitations. The presentation will include discussion of smile design, adhesive system selection with bonding protocols, and ceramic system selection based on the patient functional needs with a focus on occlusal management in order to minimize porcelain fractures.

 
Dr. Sergio R. Arias received his doctoral degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) Santiago, Dominican Republic in 2002. In 2008, he completed a two-year hospital based general practice residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Later he moved to Augusta Georgia where he earned his Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from The Graduate School at Augusta University, Dr. Arias also completed a three-year advanced program in prosthodontics at the Dental College of Georgia earning a Certificate in Prosthodontics both in 2013.

In 2014, Dr. Arias attended a one-year fellowship in Esthetic and Implant Dentistry at the Ronald Goldstein Center for Esthetic and Implant Dentistry at Augusta University. Dr. Arias is a visiting  professor, Oral Rehabilitation Department, at the Dental College of Georgia. Dr. Arias is an Associate Fellow of The American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is currently in private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Esthetic dentistry in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Registration and Breakfast begins  at 9:00 am.
Meeting is from 9:30 am  to 1:30 pm.
