'FISHING FOR VETS' 2019 Is a In-Shore Salt Water Fishing Tournament Fund Raiser designed to Raise Money for Our Local Veterans and Post Building Fund for Our post, American Legion Post 136 in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Tickets are $50 for each Angler and can be purchased by calling the Number provided below or Right here on Event Groove.
Ticket includes: Captains Dinner( Low-Country Boil Buffett )-Tournament Day
( Angler Ticket )-Free Tournament T-shirt OR Hat, access to 50/50 drawings, door prizes, Raffles and a few Auction Items.

100% OF ALL FUNDS RAISED WILL BE UTILIZED IN SUPPORTING VETERANS WITHIN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY and our post building fund.
American Legion Post 136 works closely with the VA Hospital in Charleston, SC several times a month on a regular basis and donate to The Fisher House.
We actively participate with local schools, Boys and Girls State, American Legions Oratorical contest for high school, Participate with our ALA Quilts of Valor, Place American Flags at local cemetery for Veteran grave sites each year and we are involved with various other projects within our community throughout the year.
We are pleased to announce that we will be donating to ** -Soldiers' Angels- a National Veteran food distribution organization within 6 Major Cities for Needy Vets out of Texas.They also do a lot more for Active Duty Vet's and their families. This organization originally started with General Patton's wife sending care packages to their grandson in the military.
